When do I get my Student ID card?

Students who had their ID Photo taken by Photolife Studios will be given their ID card by their form teacher - we expect delivery by mid-March.

  • Missed your photo? Photos are taken at the MAIN OFFICE every MONDAY and TUESDAY (interval only). Please check Daily Notices for the schedule.

  • What are ID cards used for? Student ID cards are used in the school library for issuing books and printing assignments. Credit may be loaded onto the ID card for printing purposes via the Monitor Box situated in the school library. Student ID cards are used for NCEA exam entry; and may be used for student concession fare and used as identification when purchasing tickets for student concession at many recreational facilities (cinemas, MOTAT, etc).

  • How much do ID cards cost? Student ID Cards cost $12. This charge is added to each student’s account and can be paid for at the Accounts Office.

Catch-Up SCHEDULE:

YEAR 9 and/or NEWLY ENROLLED? If you missed your ID photo, please go to the main office at INTERVAL on Monday's or Tuesday's to have your photo taken. Your ID card will be ordered on the same day that your photo is taken.

YEARS 10, 11, 12, 13 Catch-up photos will be taken mid-March 2025. Your 2024 card is still current until the end of March 2025. the schedule will be advertised in the Daily Notices closer to the time.

I HAVE ALREADY HAD MY PHOTO TAKEN - WHEN DO I GET MY CARD? Your Form teacher will give these out to you once they are delivered, this should be within the next 2 - 3 weeks.
