Blues Leadership

Blues Leadership Programme - more than just (an awesome) rugby team, the Blues are providing rangatahi with leadership coaching, helping them to reach their full potential.

A select group of Year 12 students will be taking part in a four-week leadership programme, each Thursday, directly engaging with Blues players sharing inspirational stories of leadership, resilience, and overcoming challenges.

The first part of their journey started yesterday, with students joining other Auckland-wide secondary schools onsite at the Carlton Junior Rugby Club grounds, to build confidence, self-awareness, and courage.

Modules being offered include: Leading Self and the Power of Belonging, Great Leadership and Overcoming Challenges, Leading Career Pathways, Leadership and Wellbeing, Leading Others, High Performing Teams, and Servant Leadership.
