Kapa Haka
- Practices are held in L7 (the Whare Akoranga) each Wednesday at lunchtime.
- Please note: Practice for junior students will finish at the end of lunchtime, and will continue until 3.15pm for senior students.
- Light snacks will be provided.
Raranga Wānanga
- Our first session took place earlier this week, with students learning how to make a putiputi (flower) while learning the tikanga (customs) of the pā harakeke (flax bush).
- Come along to the next raranga workshop - held each Tuesday lunchtime in L4.
GBHS's POLYPRIDE GROUP: Polypride is a space to celebrate and connect with Pacific Peoples' Culture, all students are invited to attend.
Come along to the meeting tomorrow (Wednesday 28 February) held in Mana Tangata (the building on the hill near the turf) and share lunch with us!
