Level 1 Art NCEA

Term 4 is a very busy time of the year, especially for our senior Art and Photography students, with their NCEA External Examination due dates fast approaching!

We have some very talented Level 1 art students who were busy working on their pieces today.

The Art Department has set aside two full-day Folio Workshops, to provide a stimulating and work conducive environment for students, allowing them to spend the day finishing off the final touches of their portfolios, ready to be sent for marking.

As part of their Level 1 NCEA external credit criteria, students must produce a body of work informed by established practice, which develops ideas, using a range of media in order to create a sustained body of related artworks.
