Teacher Only Day

This is a friendly reminder that Friday 31 May is a Teacher Only Day (NCEA Accord Day) followed by King's Birthday (public holiday) on Monday 3 June.

Supervision at school can be arranged for families of Year 9 and Year 10 students who need their child to be supervised at school during Friday's Teacher Only Day - please email Deputy Principal Sandy Begg.

What is an 'Accord' teacher-only day?

Accord days provide schools and kura with dedicated time for teachers to understand, prepare and engage with changes across The New Zealand Curriculum refresh, the redesign of Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, and shifts to strengthen NCEA.
