Year 10 Photography.

Students have mastered the art of capturing a moment in time.

Check out the amazing photo of a water filled balloon bursting, enveloping fingers, before breaking up into minute droplets!

Students have been learning about camera exposure, specifically how shutter speed works.

Working in teams of three, students experimented with fast shutter speeds, adjusting the amount of time their camera spends to take a picture. As part of their portfolio, students had to select their best two shots, recording how they created the image and settings (shutter speed) used.

The photo above, submitted by Olive Cochrane, Samantha Keleti and Hazel Day have certainly hit the mark.
