This is a physically demanding role on a relatively large campus. - Knowledgeable in building and grounds maintenance and legal compliance. - A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with teaching staff. - A well-organised person who can direct staff and contractors, prioritise work and manage competing demands. - Is familiar with fire and security systems and compliance. - Is a strong communicator. - Can operate machinery safely (tractor, small 4 x 4 truck, ride-on mower, hand tools). - Has a full New Zealand driver’s licence.
