Carter was the very worthy recipient of the Service Honours. Not only has he created the Graduation video for many years for us, he has helped out across many areas of the school. The contribution Carter has made to Green Bay High School has been immense. His willingness to always put his hand up to help and contribute has been one thing, but his drive to make everything he does first class is next level.
