This is also a timely reminder for parents/caregivers to check their children's vaccination records by either calling their GP, or checking their Well Child/Tamariki Ora book. People are considered immune if they have evidence of two Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) doses after 12 months of age; have had measles; or were born before 1969. Children without evidence of two MMR vaccinations will have to quarantine for seven days. Vaccinated children do not have to quarantine.
