Year 9 Dean Mr Matt Ollerenshaw, and Principal Mrs Fiona Barker were 'lucky' enough to have had the honours of judging this semester's Year 9 Trash to Treasure challenge, and it seems just been an observer was not part of the brief! As you can see, students (and judges) soon got stuck in, testing a range of innovative products, from recycled cardboard desks and stationery holders, to felt bags and pinatas! Pictured above are Mrs Barker and Year 9 student putting a pinata through its paces. The Trash to Treasure assesssment is always a highlight of this particular Year 9 Business module. Year 9 Business Studies opens up the exciting world of business to our young entrepreneurs.
