Please note: **original/verified copies of all uploaded documents included with your enrolment application must be sighted at the interview.** No appointment is needed - simply come along at one of the following times seen below **(or)** contact the school office on 817-8173 ext 201 if an interview appointment at another time is required. - Saturday 26 July 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 9am - 2pm *completed* - Saturday 2 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 9am - 2pm *completed* - Tuesday 5 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm *completed* - Tuesday 12 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm *completed* - Tuesday 19 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm *completed* After the interview, a letter will be sent to **YEAR 9 IN ZONE applicants by FRIDAY 29 AUGUST 2025** requesting confirmation of enrolment. This must be completed by **FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025**. Those students who accept a place at Green Bay High School will be invited on **FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025** to complete their online course selections for 2026. Course selection must be completed by **FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025**. #### YEAR 9 OUT-OF-ZONE APPLICATIONS (for 2026 placement) - All **YEAR 9 OUT-OF-ZONE applications** must be **completed by WEDNESDAY 27 AUGUST 2025**. - **BALLOT DATE** *(There will be 5 Out of Zone places for Year 9 offered for 2026)* is **WEDNESDAY 3 SEPTEMBER 2025** - Final offers of ONE of the FIVE places to successful applicants will be made by **FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025** - Successful OUT OF ZONE applicants must confirm their position by **FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025** - Those students who accept a place at Green Bay High School will be invited on **FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025** to complete their online course selections for 2026. The six priorities are outlined below: 1. First priority must be given to any applicant who is accepted for enrolment in a special programme run by the school (This is not applicable at GBHS) 2. Second priority must be given to any applicant who is the sibling of a current student of the school 3. Third priority must be given to any student who is the sibling of a former student of the school 4. Fourth priority must be given to any applicant who is a child of a former student of the school 5. Fifth priority must be given to any applicant who is either a child of an employee of the board of the school or a child of a member of the board of the school 6.
