Year 11, 12, 13 students nationwide were invited to submit one work of art into the awards, which offers $2,350 in prize money across four categories and the opportunity for finalists to have their art publicly exhibited at The Arts House Trust, Pah Homestead in Hillsborough, Auckland. Benji's photography entry will be on display at The Arts House Trust from 11 September - 19 October 2025. Works will be judged by the Arts House Trust curatorial team, and Guest Judge renowned contemporary Māori artist, Brett Graham (Ngāti Koroki Kahukura, Tainui). Winners will be announced on 11 September 2025 at the opening of the Finalists’ Exhibition.
