Issac's recent time of 100m freestyle in 52.57 seconds, exceeded the time needed at the NZ short course qualifiers, and as a result has qualified to join the NZ U15 age group team competing in the Australian state champs, held in Brisbane in December. Isaac (who swims with the Mt Eden Swimming Club) will also be heading off to the new Hawkes Bay regional pool in the school holidays for a national age group camp.
