Over 100 students battled strong southerly winds, plenty of nerves, countless pools of mud and very cold water! This event formed part of a reassessment opportunity, allowing students to build further evidence towards an upcoming assessment and consolidate strong achievement outcomes linked to their personalised training programmes. In the weeks leading up to the event, students had committed themselves to training and preparation. As always, our students represented themselves and the school exceptionally well. While many were striving to achieve their best individual times, what stood out most was the encouragement, teamwork, and support shown throughout the day. Students consistently helped one another through challenging sections and celebrated each other’s efforts from start to finish.
