Having prepared for weeks in advance, a selected team GBHS students took part in the North West Auckland Readers' Cup Competition on Wednesday. Fourteen schools from North and West Auckland participated in the quiz night based on six novels they had read. The team from GBHS did an amazing job and were sitting in second place at the halfway mark, ultimately finishing in 5th place. Well done to: Katrina Harlowe, Albertine Drumm, Lucia Sampson, Maia Bjornholdt, and Sofia Kilpatrick!
