Attendance in school is so important for promoting both general wellbeing and academic achievement and family by in with this is essential - so a big thank you to all involved. Ministry of Education guidance suggests that each day is valuable and being in class punctually gives children a boost to their academic performance and their overall mental health. To support families the government has rolled out its Stepped Attendance Response programme (STAR) to all schools in the country. We are pleased to announce that this week our new Weekly Attendance Summary will be sent out to families for the first time. This weekly email will allow you to see where in the STAR categories your children are sitting each week as we progress through the term.
