Thursday, 20th February 2025 at 11:10am #### Year 12 Physical Education Outdoors students are taking their learning beyond the classroom and into the waves - as part of their Outdoor Education Programme. Students are being assessed on their surfing abilities as they work towards 'Perform a Physical Activity in an Applied Setting' while also deepening their understanding of biophysical principles. To prepare, students are engaging in surf-fit exercises on dry land, building strength, endurance, and technique.
